Amendments on the TR of foreign companies in Bulgaria adopted

Today, amendments regarding Trade Representative Offices of foreign companies in Bulgaria were finally adopted.
Criteria: confirmation of annual turnover of at least EUR 51,130 (BGN 100,000) for each of the two consecutive years preceding the registration of the trade representative office. On this basis, a residence permit may be obtained by no more than two representatives of a foreign trading company.
