Since the beginning of August, water supply and electricity have been launched in the Astoria residential complex in Elenite. After the flood, from October 2025, the supply of water and sewerage, as well as electricity, was stopped in the village of Elenite. The Fort Noks residential complex was the first to launch supply. After repair and restoration work, complexes of the Astoria residential complex were added.
